Overview
This report summarizes a collaboration between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2022 and 2023. The goal was to establish rapid service delivery mechanisms to provide priority assistive products to people affected by the ongoing war, addressing both existing and new assistive technology needs. The service delivery mechanism involved developing AT10 kits, which include ten assistive products for mobility and self care needs identified as essential in the Ukrainian context. These products were provided by existing health service personnel who received additional training using the WHO Training in Assistive Products (TAP).
